Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Little Pottimus order.

If something isn't quite right, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
